Genomics Planning and Coordinating Committee (GPCC)
The Genomics Planning and Coordinating Committee (GPCC) is chaired by Vice Provost Victor Bloomfield, who is also Interim Dean of the Graduate School and a Professor of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biophysics. The GPCC provides a mechanism for evaluating and implementing University-wide initiatives in biology at the molecular and cellular levels. Its emphasis is on developing research infrastructure and advanced teaching in interdisciplinary areas.
